This week, Troy is joined by Iowa Department of Veterans Affairs Commandant: COL (Ret) Todd Jacobus to discuss the role of the Veterans Administration overall and specifically, the unique role of the Iowa Department of Veterans Affairs. Troy and Todd go way back to the recruiting days in the Iowa Army National Guard and they continue their service in different leadership roles for veterans - Todd as Commandant of the IDVA and Troy locally as a VA Commissioner.
